When it comes to a great climbing line more often than not an Arborist will choose 24 strand construction rope because of its unique features. The 24 strand cover made from polyester protects the core from UV, Abrasion and impact while the core of polyester carries most of the strength of the braid. This construction works great with most mechanical brakes and helps with a smooth transition from limb to limb.
